The Corporate Action Associate plays a critical role in managing and processing complex corporate action events within the financial services industry. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and reconciling client and firm positions related to both domestic and international securities. Corporate actions may include voluntary events such as exchange offers, election mergers, tenders, and rights exercises, as well as mandatory events including dividend and interest allocations, reverse splits, mergers, reorganizations, liquidation of Unit Investment Trusts, and class action settlements. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret legal and financial documentation to ensure accurate and timely execution of processes. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of the following locations: Southfield, MI, St. Petersburg, FL, or Memphis, TN.
