How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision As MarqVision's global expansion accelerates, the importance of a solid and efficient accounting operation has never been greater. Corporate Accounting & Systems Manager role is a key member of MarqVision's Finance organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue operations - including revenue recognition for US entity, AR, AP, general accounting, and be a subject matter expert with FinOps systems - to support the company's revenue realization, general accounting for US entity and ERP implementation (NetSuite). This role enhances financial efficiency through accurate accounting and seamless collaboration with both internal and external teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Accounting) or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and accounting systems.
• Highly proficient and experienced in ERP implementation (a plus if have NetSuite implementation experience) and accounting systems.
• Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated professional with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow a successful accounting career.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• US entity accounting which includes general ledger tasks, bank reconciliations, payroll accounting, accruals.
• Accounts payable which includes AP processing for US vendors, prepare payment runs, credit card reconciliations and 1099 filing prep.
• Accounts receivable which includes customer invoicing for US customers, AR collection for global working closely with Korea accounting team, payment application.
• Accounting systems analyst tasks which can include supporting ERP implementation (NetSuite), various accounting systems administration collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders.
• Balance sheet account reconciliations and flux preparation for US entity.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by corporate controller
