About The Position

Corporate Accounting Manager Position Overview The Corporate Accounting Manager is a high profile role that interacts with both external and internal stakeholders across the enterprise. This position focuses on consolidations, reporting, treasury, and M&A integrations. The successful candidate will emphasize developing scalable and sustainable systems and processes while maintaining compliance with reporting requirements. Working closely with accounting, finance, and M&A partners, this role ensures accurate data collection and presentation. Responsibilities Consolidations and Reporting : Facilitate the consolidation of multiple trial balances using OneStream software. Provide standard monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting as required. Audit and Compliance : Participate in the annual external audit process. Partner with the FP&A team to prepare quarterly compliance certifications. Treasury and Debt Management : Prepare monthly and quarterly debt continuation notices and manage communications with debt holders. Manage weekly and monthly reporting for AR Securitization facilities. Financial Analysis : Prepare consolidated equity and cash flow statements. Account for hedging transactions using quarterly valuation updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with departments such as Payroll, Fleet, and FP&A to ensure accurate accounting and accruals. Provide financial consolidations for reports to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. M&A Support : Support mergers and acquisitions with a focus on opening balance sheet accounting for new businesses. Provide post acquisition support for integrating accounting operations and standardizing policies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Accounting from an accredited institution is required; a MAcc or MBA is considered a plus.
  • 6 to 10 years of accounting experience is required, with 3 to 5 years specifically in corporate accounting preferred.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP and MS Office products is required.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MAcc or MBA is considered a plus.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Great Plains is a plus.
