About The Position
Bavarian Inn Corporation is pleased to offer a highly selective Corporate Accounting Internship for Summer 2026. This paid opportunity provides direct exposure to the financial operations of a multi-entity hospitality corporation encompassing restaurant, lodging, retail, entertainment, and corporate divisions. This internship is designed for students seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in multi-corporation accounting . Interns will gain comprehensive insight into the structure, processes, and financial strategy that support complex business operations under one corporate umbrella. This is a limited-placement opportunity intended for high-performing students serious about pursuing a career in corporate accounting or finance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas preferred)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and maintaining financial records and documentation
- Support filing, scanning, and electronic organization of accounting materials
- Help prepare and organize invoices and supporting documentation
- Assist with basic data entry related to accounts payable and receivable
- Support reconciliation preparation by gathering required documents
- Assist with organizing materials for month-end closing processes
- Help maintain accurate financial files across multiple corporate entities
- Support payroll documentation review and filing
- Assist with audit preparation by organizing compliance documentation
- Learn the fundamentals of multi-entity corporate accounting operations
