About The Position

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is looking for a Full-Time Corporate Accountant to join our outstanding team in our corporate office in Paoli, PA. We are seeking a hands-on, detailed oriented Accountant with Big 4 or Mid-Tier Public Accounting experience to join our growing accounting team. This role reports to the Controller and performs general accounting and analytical functions including but not limited to, journal entry and review, account reconciliations and roll forwards, variance analyses, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in public accounting or audit, ensuring our financial processes remain audit-ready and complaint with evolving standards. Candidates should be a proactive problem-solver who can thrive in a deadline-driven environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to high-impact projects. Benefits include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) Accountant duties Include, but are not limited to: Responsible for month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP Assist with assigned month-end close tasks - manage accruals and prepaids expenses, conduct thorough P&L review and GL coding Responsible for assigned account reconciliation process, ensuring all accounts are reconciled accurately and on time Work closely with Controller and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely deliverables for the month-end close Assist with external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in order Prepare lease accounting ASC 842 monthly entry and reconciliation Act as a key stakeholder in the upcoming transition to a new ERP system assisting with data migration and process design

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business equivalent
  • Minimum two years of related work experience in public accounting. Prior experience in audit/assurance is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines and a strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance financial operations
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and flexibility to ensure all month-end, year-end, and project milestones are met with accuracy
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving
  • Strong analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA certification is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software; Great Plains, Sage Intacct or similar system experience is a plus
