This role is designed for a high-energy sales professional eager to drive expansion within an established portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients across Latin America. You will own the full sales cycle, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships. Working cross-functionally with sales engineers, channel partners, and marketing teams, you will position advanced cybersecurity solutions in a highly competitive market. This is a quota-carrying role where consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and executive engagement are key to success. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience generating net-new business in SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success using a consultative sales approach to sell complex, multi-product solutions to mid-market or enterprise organizations.
  • Proven experience prospecting into target accounts using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), lead generation tools, research, and cold outreach.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners such as resellers and managed service providers.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in competitive markets.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly absorb new product and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, coachable, and disciplined, with a strong team-oriented mindset and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closing within existing SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through expansion strategies, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives, while identifying net-new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical validation for prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners, including resellers and managed service providers, to generate incremental revenue.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM tools to ensure visibility and predictability.
  • Engage confidently with C-level executives and technical stakeholders, articulating value propositions tailored to business and security needs.
  • Monitor competitive trends and effectively position differentiated solutions within the next-generation endpoint and cybersecurity landscape.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed to support strategic accounts and in-person engagements.
