Pay or shift range: $92,574.00 USD - $113,207.50 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Job Summary Responsible for outside sales and delivery of business services products. Works closely with marketing & business development. Partner with commercial bankers in assigned region to promote Business Services products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly those related to business services (i.e., treasury management)
  • BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Relevant computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Call on new and existing customers promoting Business Services products
  • Grow deposit balances in assigned region
  • Grow non-interest income in assigned region
  • Partner with commercial bankers in assigned region to promote Business Services product benefits and to provide consultation to customers/prospects by creating and  presenting proposals on appropriate account structures
  • Analyze commercial clients’ financial statements and account statements for opportunities to provide bank solutions
  • Gather all information necessary to establish accounts and Business Services products
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all aspects of Business Services products and processes
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all associated business deposit accounts
  • Prepare retention strategy for customers
  • Network and promote MCB & Business Services to current customers and prospects
  • May assist in product research and development
  • Represents MCB at community functions
  • Actively seek out referral opportunities with Commercial Lending, MCB Trust & Wealth Management and DVI
