About The Position

Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer and deposit account information, supporting digital banking operations, and assisting with various system processes and projects within the bank's core and digital platforms.

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year experience with core system preferred.
New accounts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Review daily maintenance changes to customer and deposit accounts for accuracy through monitoring FIS Content Management reports and Sales Management service requests
Review newly opened accounts to ensure proper documentation and system accuracy.
Notify appropriate personnel or supervisors when corrections or additional customer or account information are required
Attach customer identification (Photo ID/Driver's License) images to records within FIS Content Management
Manage daily operations of the Overdraft Privilege Program.
Process returned mail and system updates
Verify Social Security/EIN numbers on all new customer/organizational records against the IRS TIN matching website to ensure proper IRS reporting
Monitor inactive and dormant deposit accounts in compliance with internal audit and regulatory requirements.
Complete Account Verification requests
Perform annual escheatment processing for deposit accounts and official checks in accordance with Indiana and Ohio laws
Assist in project implementation of new products and services in Digital banking and Core Banking System
Monitor and respond to customer messages submitted through the online banking platform
Assist with digital banking maintenance including password resets, SAC code changes and adjusting security profiles
Assist with digital banking application testing
Troubleshoot system issues within the IBS Core Banking System and digital banking platforms
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
