Pavion is seeking a talented and motivated Core Sales Representative to join their security business unit in Tampa FL. The Commercial Security Service Sales Representative is responsible for driving recurring service revenue by selling service agreements, maintenance plans, and upgrades to commercial customers with installed security, fire, and life safety systems. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships while ensuring customers maintain compliant, reliable, and fully supported security systems. The position works closely with operations, service technicians, and account management teams to identify service opportunities, improve customer retention, and increase recurring monthly revenue (RMR).
