About The Position

As an Entry Level Packer, you will play a crucial role in our production process by ensuring that products are packed efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards. You will work closely with the production team to meet production goals and maintain a high level of quality control.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing exp preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements.

Responsibilities

Package products according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
Label packages accurately and ensure proper documentation.
Assemble and pack items into boxes or containers, following specific instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist with inventory management by counting and recording products as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors or managers promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
