About The Position

As a Core Group Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring innerspring units meet quality standards before moving on in the production process. Your day-to-day will include:
Repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machine
Attaching border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gun
Lifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier system
Keeping your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift

Requirements

• 6 months of prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Must be able to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork
