The Role We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our growing Content Studio and help bring the brand to life across social and digital channels. In this role, you’ll embody the voice of our brand across our social platforms — especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — and support the development of short-form and long-form storytelling with creators and ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented writer who loves social media culture, music, and is eager to help shape our brand’s identity across social.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of copywriting experience in social, digital, marketing, or content creation (agency or brand-side).
  • A portfolio showcasing short-form copy, social storytelling, scripts, captions, and platform-native writing.
  • Strong understanding of voice, tone, brevity, and pacing — especially for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Fluency in creator culture and emerging social trends, especially YouTube and TikTok, with the ability to translate cultural signals into compelling design directions.
  • Highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and an interest in partnering with designers, producers, and strategists.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
  • Passion for music, sports, entertainment, fashion and culture — and how they influence social storytelling.
  • Willingness to support occasional shoots or real-time content capture, with limited travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Copywriting for paid and organic content: Write engaging, ownable social copy for all organic and paid content and posts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that align with brand’s verbal ID and platform best practices to support always-on social, campaigns, creator content, collabs, and brand events. Bring multiple copy options to the table and refine work based on feedback from senior creatives and key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of talent-facing campaign roll-out decks and documents for internal and ambassador alignment.
  • Support community management and social listening by developing brand-right copy responses.
  • Develop scripts for brand campaigns, social series, interviews, and audio ads that reflect our brand voice and resonate with audiences.
  • Support the development of campaign messaging and content series across platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign content, ambassador collaborations, and evergreen storytelling across platforms.
  • Partner with writers, editors, strategists, and producers to bring concepts to life across multiple formats and creative directions.
  • Concepting and content development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and help develop concepts for social campaigns, creator content, and content series. Collaborate with the Social Strategist to make sure messaging aligns with platform trends, tone, and audience insights. Help maintain consistency across all content by following brand guidelines, design systems, and creative toolkits.
  • Design quality and brand stewardship: Review all final creative prior to delivery with an eye towards copy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across platforms. Fact-check, proofread, and polish content to uphold brand and creative standards. Help update and evolve voice and tone guidelines for social, ensuring they reflect the latest platform trends and brand direction. Stay immersed in social language, creator culture, trends, and formats that influence how audiences communicate online.
