We’re now powering the next wave of voice-enabled healthcare experiences across telehealth platforms, care delivery tools, and specialty EMRs — through Suki for Partners, our proprietary AI infrastructure. Suki is reimagining the healthcare technology stack to make the lives of clinicians better. We’re not here to tweak healthcare around the edges — we’re rearchitecting it. But we can’t do that quietly. We need a presence as bold, fresh, and human as our mission. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a conceptual and strategic Copywriter to join our Creative Team. In this role, you won’t just be writing words; you will be the architect of Suki’s voice. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the Suki brand communicates with the world. You will work in a truly omnichannel capacity, writing for everything from high-level brand campaigns to performance social ads, website UI, and email flows. You will be responsible for balancing the creative voice with strategic insight, ensuring that every piece of copy not only sounds like Suki but also drives results. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and creative leadership, working across every brand touchpoint to shape narratives, own projects from concept to delivery, and partner with design, product management, and engineering teams. You'll be deeply involved in the craft and responsible for driving the creative excellence of Suki. Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a copywriter in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work—from social headlines to long-form storytelling and brand strategy work.
  • Strategic Thinker: You understand why you are writing what you are writing. You can explain the strategy behind your creative choices.
  • Grammar Expert: Impeccable command of the English language, with a sharp eye for proofreading and editing.
  • Adaptability: The ability to toggle between different tones (e.g., educational vs. promotional) while maintaining the core Suki personality.
  • Tools: Proficiency in collaborative tools (Figma, Asana, Google Suite).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the HealthTech, Technology sector.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword integration.
  • Experience with scriptwriting for video or audio.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Voice: Act as the guardian and primary architect of the Suki brand voice. You will refine, expand, and enforce Tone of Voice (TOV) guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Copy Strategy: Move beyond execution to ideation. Partner with the Head of Creative and design counterparts to develop copy strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
  • Guidelines: Maintain and update the brand style guide, creating clear frameworks for how Suki speaks to different audiences.
  • Campaigns: Concept and write compelling copy for integrated 360° marketing campaigns, including taglines, manifestos, video scripts, and OOH (Out of Home) advertising.
  • Digital & Web: Write clear, conversion-focused copy for the Suki website, landing pages, and product interfaces (UX writing), ensuring SEO best practices are met without sacrificing personality.
  • Social & Community: Develop engaging captions, scripts for short-form video, and asset copy for LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
  • Performance Marketing: Write copy for paid ads (social and search) that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product marketers, and social media managers to ensure visual and verbal elements work in harmony.
  • Translate complex product features into simple, human-centric benefits.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
