About The Position

The Project Management Office (PMO) Intern at Saint-Gobain will collaborate with project managers and engineers on the closure of significant projects, specifically Project Relay, which involves the expansion of an Asphalt shingle line Glass Mat facility. The intern will engage with various stakeholders to ensure proper project closure, documentation management, and continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on project closure activities.
• Ensure proper documentation transmission and storage for the project.
• Resolve punch lists and route lessons learned for improvements.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of tools, manuals, and documentation for project handover to manufacturing.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
