About The Position

We are seeking candidates with 1+ year of experience in office services and/or hospitality services to join our team in St. Louis! Ideal candidates will be ready to grow their career in facilities and office services, and to take advantage of internal opportunities at IST Management for training and development toward advancement into management roles. This position will be responsible for fostering a professional and pleasant working environment by providing excellent customer service in the fields of general office services, hospitality, reception and facilities maintenance and coordination. Requirements

  • Ideal candidates have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; w illingness to cross-train for other job functions
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 1+ year of experience in office services and/or hospitality services

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role is a huge plus!
  • Prior Corporate or Hotel Experience a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
  • Providing reception services when needed
  • Cross training in other service areas as needed such as (Print/Copy support, Mail sorting/distribution and other duties as required).
  • Litigation Copy/Scan Print work
  • Set-up and break-down of meetings, including cleaning conference rooms regularly
  • Restock inventory for kitchens and general office supplies.
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; t ake direction from supervisor
  • Participate in cross-training for meeting and conference services
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; p erform other tasks as assigned
  • The Copy/Mail Office Service Specialist role is responsible for providing on-site Copy/Mail/Shipping Support Services.
