About The Position

Copy Center Associate Chicago, IL (Onsite) 2+Month Contract (Temp to Perm) M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Qualifications Leads day-to-day operations of a small (up to 2-person) on-site service location, including copy/print center, mail services, and hospitality support. Acts as the primary on-site contact for customer issues, contract compliance, and service delivery. Ensures Service Level Agreements, quality standards, profitability, and customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for site, service, or shift; function as document specialist/operations worker
• Operate copy, print, binding, and mail equipment; manage incoming/outgoing mail
• Provide hospitality services (conference room setup, beverages, pantry stocking)
• Serve as point person for customer issues, SLAs, contract compliance, and remedies
• Implement and manage Service Excellence standards and procedures
• Create/completes work orders, invoices, site reports, and month-end reports (as needed)
• Monitor supplies; place requisitions using Oracle iProcurement
• Train staff on workflows, machine operations, and service standards
• Ensure payroll accuracy; supervise time clock punches
• Manage shift profitability, cost of goods, and assist with P&L management
• Schedule work to meet quality, audit, and deadline compliance
• Coordinate vendors, inspections, escorts, and minor office moves
• Report and escalate facility issues (lighting, plumbing, system malfunctions) and assist with scheduling repairs
• Support staffing, performance management, and development plans; conduct reviews
• Communicate with sales on pricing, orders, and invoicing issues
