About The Position
Post acute care benefit coordinator is responsible for Patients and their families through the Medicaid application process. This role combines investigative work, financial documentation and gathering, and coordination with multiple stakeholders (Including banks, insurance companies, state agencies, and internal departments). Mature timely accurate application submission and approval. Ideal for detail oriented professional with experience in long term care setting this nontraditional role requires persistence discretion and strong interpersonal communication skills.
