Access ASU is dedicated to increasing access to higher education and preparing Arizona students for success through family engagement, strategic K–12 partnerships, and community collaboration. Our programs ensure that all Arizona students graduate high school ready to thrive in college and the 21st-century workforce. Access ASU is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and creative Coordinator with experience developing and facilitating outreach strategies that prepare students for enrollment and success at ASU across all campuses. The Coordinator is responsible for effectively implementing Access ASU programs and delivering high-quality support to students and families. In this role, the Coordinator will design and deliver workshops and programming that promote postsecondary education, while planning and coordinating activities in alignment with departmental priorities, timelines, and resources. The position plays a key role in executing initiatives that increase and support the recruitment of high school students to ASU. This includes coordinating on-campus visits and experiences for school partners and working closely with our student workers to ensure high-quality, well-organized events. This front-facing role collaborates closely with internal teams and community partners to advance Access ASU’s mission of expanding higher education opportunities for K–12 students and their families. Responsibilities include supporting school campus visits; creating and leading presentations, workshops, and large-scale college-readiness events; supporting and managing summer programs; communicating with student cohorts throughout their journey to ASU enrollment; and representing Access ASU at campus, school, and community events.
