An exciting opportunity is available Coordinator VI, Sales, based in KSA who will report directly to Section Head, KSA IIS Sales. Summary: We are seeking for a motivated Sales Coordinator who will provide an advanced level of coordination and administrative support to the Sales and department to ensure effective and efficient reporting In this role, you will be responsible of:

Requirements

  • Degree OR Diploma in either Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other relevant qualification.
  • 0-2 years’ experience with a Degree or 10 years’ experience with a Diploma is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Supports finance department in collection of outstanding (ensure no bad debts).
  • Prepares offers, tenders and all applicable documentation as per company policies and procedures.
  • Stores and sorts financial and non-financial data in relevant software and presents reports
  • Handles the processing of all work orders (WO) with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to respective line managers.
  • Assists in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events as needed.
  • Manages customer relations
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve better results and increase leads.
  • Shared responsibility in ensuring client debts is collected.
  • Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO applicable standards, SAAC and SASO and legal/ regulatory requirements.
