About The Position

The Coordinator-Treatment is responsible for the management and coordination of patient care and patient scheduling. Ensures that the schedule is efficient and productive, maintaining follow up systems for unscheduled treatment. Receives outgoing and patients and completes their financial arrangements and schedules treatment in partnership with the dentist and dental assistant. Maintains contact with patients regarding their scheduled appointments. Performs other duties as needed.

  • Minimum two years of office experience required
  • Associate's Degree preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one year of dental office experience with insurance billing and/or patient management experience preferred.
  • Dental Assisting certificate preferred.
