The Coordinator Title Services requires the ability to work within established policies and procedures to accurately open, process close and/or cancel escrow transactions within company guidelines. The escrow closing process involves quality assurance of master files: assembling documents, reviewing and verifying contract documents for completeness and accuracy; creation, update, and final closing spreadsheets; transmission of contract documents to appropriate department once escrow has closed; correspondence with internal and external clients. Responsibilities Verify Accuracy of contract documents, including finance and title documents. Ensure document files are in compliance with underwriting guidelines and title requirements. Audit documents for compliance to standards for recording of documents in public records. File and maintain organized and systematic support documentation and filing for title related functions. Effectively track flow of all title documents, including mortgages, deeds, satisfaction and re-conveyance. Ensure financial documents are complete and accurately filed and ready for funding. Coordinate corrections, adjustments and modifications to contract documentation as necessary. Assist with review, audit and mail out of title policies for all developer and Fee for service sales. Communicate with Title Companies as needed to record sales. Conduct title searches via the internet and title software. Records all contracts in a timely manner. Assist internal and external customers as needed to process contracts. Escrow related functions as needed in order to comply with regulatory requirements and as needed by Lead, Supervisor, Manager or other internal customer. Track all problem recordings and attempt to resolve in a timely manner. Assist in the training of team members when needed. Cross train with resale title and auditing teams to provide support upon direction from leadership. Participate on special assigned projects. Act as back-up for other departmental functions. Be able to consistently work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines. Provide high production totals while maintaining a low error percent margin. Must be a committed and dependable team player. Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing. Hybrid Position Qualifications To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must have good written, verbal & communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Enthusiastic team player attitude. Must have MS Excel experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Previous timeshare experience a plus Knowledge of the documents required for a timeshare closing.
