About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from offer through day-one, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with both candidates and Talent Acquisition partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Offer Creation & Pre-Hire Coordination
  • Prepare and generate offer letters in accordance with approved compensation, leveling, and internal policies
  • Coordinate offer approvals with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and finance as needed
  • Send offers to candidates and track acceptance, declines, and negotiations
  • Manage pre-employment requirements, including background checks, reference checks, and employment eligibility verification
  • Communicate next steps clearly to candidates after offer acceptance
  • Onboarding Coordination (Pre-Start)
  • Initiate and track onboarding workflows in HRIS/onboarding systems
  • Collect and verify new hire documentation (I-9, tax forms, agreements, policy acknowledgments)
  • Coordinate start dates and ensure alignment across recruiting, HR, Training, and hiring managers
  • Provide new hires with onboarding schedules, welcome materials, and first-day instructions
  • Day One Readiness & Support
  • Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed prior to Day One
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires on Day One to troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate introductions and handoffs to Training & HR
  • Ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding and employee lifecycle ownership
  • Compliance & Process Management
  • Ensure all offer and onboarding processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems
  • Track onboarding completion metrics and resolve outstanding items promptly
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to offer and onboarding workflows
