Job Purpose: Support the Synchronization License Administration team by drafting and issuing synchronization licenses, managing client accounts, overseeing the collection of licensing fees, and performing additional duties that advance the team’s goals.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree and/or have one or more years of relevant experience.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing large workloads while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Maintain a positive, service‑oriented attitude in a client‑facing environment.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team setting and contribute to shared goals.
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to set personal objectives that align with departmental priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with working knowledge of additional Microsoft Office applications are a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Power BI (building and maintaining dashboards)
  • Microsoft Access (basic database programming and updates)

Responsibilities

  • Draft and issue synchronization licenses for North American clients.
  • Manage a high‑volume portfolio of licensing accounts, delivering exceptional client service while meeting departmental timelines and priorities.
  • Oversee the collections process for accounts with outstanding balances, from early reminders through securing payment on past‑due invoices.
  • Serve as a resource for new music users by addressing general questions about license forms, requirements, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Synchronization Sales to resolve client disputes and clarify rights‑related discrepancies.
  • Provide Management with updates on accounts pending licensing, those with past‑due balances, and those requiring edits outside standard business practices.
  • Support departmental initiatives by assisting with special projects and performing additional duties as assigned.
