Coordinator - Quality Production Control
About The Position
Take daily samples of eggs from production houses and rotate throughout week. Verify egg weights in production houses and update log. Visually inspect in various locations of the production houses and complexes and provide feedback to managers Internal audits, as well as external audit preparation for FDA, Food Defense, UEP and Certified Humane Audits Assist production managers or leads with problem areas as needed Maintain clear communication with Quality Control Specialist and seek guidance from them as needed. Assist Quality Control Specialist in audit preparations, employee new hire orientation training, and other tasks as needed. Assist in training all production personnel regarding UEP, animal welfare and biosecurity. Work closely with production managers and personnel to prevent & resolve quality problems. Maintain production documents and record logs. Complete HACCP training, and SQF practitioner training to verify and compile SQF records across sites in conjunction with QCS Assist with production testing requirements as needed Other job related duties determined by Senior Management.
