About The Position

Join our team as a Philanthropy Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the Philanthropy Department. You will manage donor records, coordinate gift giving, and assist with events, all while fostering strong relationships between residents and staff. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated success in fundraising and special events planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the senior population is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing all gifts, including receiving, depositing, tracking, and acknowledgment letters
  • Executing fundraising initiatives to include generating request letters, the input of data, acknowledgment of donations, and organization of events
  • Tracking and coordination of donor engagement activities and event participation
  • Maintain an accurate database that assists with donor research, calls, and meetings.
  • Providing support for meetings; coordinating venue, room setup, refreshments, and materials
  • Preparing statistical and special reports as requested
