This role provides moves management, fiscal and administrative support for the Leadership Annual Giving Philanthropy Team. The role cultivates and fosters relationships with a diverse population of High Net Worth (HNW) donors, national board leaders and executive team prospects as a liaison for driving transformational 7-8 figure gifts. In addition, the role addresses constituent issues that may arise from donations and pledges by operating in a resilient and focused manner for responding to changing circumstances. Responsibilities will also include supporting the Vice President, Principal Philanthropy, Senior Principals and Principals while ensuring execution of all principal philanthropy gift related administration and will work closely with the campaign office. CANDIDATE CAN RESIDE ANYWHERE IN THEUS MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as primary liaison in providing support of cultivation, stewardship and fiscal activities to ensure efficient execution of leadership annual Giving support activities by providing seamless engagement and interaction with donors, potential donors, volunteers, foundations, affluent philanthropists and community leaders. The position is responsible for overseeing donor services, including database management, gift entry and reconciliation, acknowledgements and stewardship processes, project management and reporting. Coordination of Leadership annual giving fundraising. Builds strong partnerships with principal philanthropy to ensure consistent communication, collaboration and integration with the team. Supports pr with day-to-day customer relationship management and stewardship efforts Identifies needs - issues and implements solutions to address them. Responsible for inventory management including ordering supplies to support the market. Communicates with internal and external customers by demonstrating the highest level of professionalism. Ensures administration and execution of cultivation, solicitation and stewardship projects. Attends Philanthropy department meetings and assists with cultivation events and donor meeting preparation. Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred, or a combination of education and work experience
  • 2 - 4 years of coordinating, implementing and managing multiple projects, priorities, with the ability to support many high-level front-line fundraisers and philanthropy leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and work with staff, volunteers, other organizations and community leaders within a diverse team environment.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience managing a Salesforce database; Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills; ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with donors and volunteers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital platforms, wealth screening software, and research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective in working well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Able to build and cultivate relationships with individuals, affluent philanthropists, corporations, foundations and executive leadership.
  • Ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities in a focused and timely manner.
  • Advanced skills on Windows-based PC and Microsoft applications are essential; also utilizes Society technology to perform position responsibilities.
  • Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Limited travel, including evening and weekend work required.
