We are seeking a Coordinator, People Strategy to join our Firm in our Los Angeles or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. In this role, the Coordinator will support practice management and attorney/professional development for an assigned global practice group. The Coordinator will assist in coordinating practice management activities, communications, staffing workflows, and operational processes, while helping to foster a collaborative and supportive environment for attorneys. This position works closely with Partners, Practice Leaders, Talent Acquisition, People Development, People Operations, and other Firm departments - including Marketing and Business Development, Knowledge Management, Office Administration, and Client Administration to support the effective execution of practice group priorities and initiatives.
