Due to growth, we are adding a People and Culture Coordinator to our team. The People and Culture coordinator provides critical support for initiatives focused on assessing and influencing the work environment and culture with a focus on performance and talent management, associate engagement, inclusion and belonging, recognition, and associate development. Reporting to the Manager of People and Culture, the coordinator partners with HR colleagues, leaders and individual contributors organization-wide to drive engagement, performance, and learning and development.
