About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Partners for Advancing Clinical Education Coordinator of Partnership Experience is to provide support for the development, documentation, implementation, and financial aspects of accredited continuing education activities for healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Exceptionally strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and competency interacting on all levels with healthcare professionals, colleagues, and clients
• Capable of administering multiple tasks simultaneously and staying on top of project deadlines and deliverables
• Able to work with tight deadlines and multi-task in an organized manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Goal-oriented project management
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Interacting with funding agencies and professional groups
• Working knowledge of accredited continuing education requirements, such as ACCME, ACPE, ANCC, and FDA regulations
• Team oriented

Responsibilities

• Serve as a collaborative team member to consistently provide value and expertise by providing high quality, timely, complete, and accurate support
• When applicable, assist with the solicitation, formal contracting, and program reconciliations associated with educational grant/commercial support
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for adherence to the defined standards of governing and regulatory bodies
• Create activity assessment tools and disseminate compilation reports and participation metrics in accordance with established practices
• Aid in the collection of all necessary documentation to support the activity accreditation process
• Remain current with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, as well as other applicable compliance related regulations (ACCME, ANCC, ACPE, etc.)
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance client relationships
• Other duties as assigned
