About The Position

Are you ready to inspire kids, engage families, and enjoy the season this Spring? What You'll Do: Lead and assist with daily recreational activities including games, sports, arts & crafts, special events, story hours, and field trips. Supervise program participants and ensure safety, engagement, and fun. Help with registration, attendance tracking, and maintaining equipment and supplies. Support outreach efforts and promote programs in the community. Participate in staff meetings, training, and seasonal safety programs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work the full nine-week program (some evenings/weekends).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Enjoy working with children of all ages and be a positive role model.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.
