The Coordinator, Operations and Planning supports the Business Operations team by ensuring accurate budget tracking, efficient vendor onboarding, and smooth operational workflows across Paramount DTC. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support creative marketing projects from both financial and vendor management perspectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of large-scale projects from initial concept through completion. This position plays a key role in supporting budgeting processes, vendor onboarding, and workflow optimization, while coordinating with teams across multiple time zones, including frequent collaboration with East Coast partners.
