About The Position

Phillips Academy is seeking an organized and collaborative Operations, Planning, and Analytics Coordinator to support the Office of Operations, Planning, and Analytics (OPA), the operational division of the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). This administrative role supports day-to-day operations and cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the success of engagement, fundraising, and stewardship efforts. This position reports to the Director of Operations, Planning, and Analytics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or education preferred
  • Additional hours may be required during peak periods (December and June)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to OPA, including scheduling meetings, managing space reservations, coordinating refreshments, and tracking expenses
  • Support OPA projects during periods of increased workload
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for OAR colleagues in partnership with hiring managers
  • Collaborate with the Office of the Physical Plant to identify and communicate facility projects
  • Assist with planning agendas, topics, and speakers for OPA and all-OAR meetings
  • Maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate training for OAR team members with internal and external partners
  • Support all-OAR events, including occasional evening or weekend work
