Job SummarySt. Theodore is a parish of the Archdiocese of St. Louis in Flint Hill, 5 minutes north of Wentzville. A parish of over 825 families, St. Theodore experienced great growth this past decade and is located in one of the fastest-growing regions of the greater St. Louis area. St. Theodore School serves approximately 300 students in grades K–8 and 60 students in preschool and pre-kindergarten, and the parish also supports a PSR program of nearly 60 students. The Coordinator of Discipleship and Faith Formation serves the Gospel of Jesus Christ at St. Theodore by leading both youth and adult faith formation at the parish. This position fosters a culture of discipleship by helping parishioners of all ages grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, deepen their engagement in the sacramental and communal life of the Church, and embrace their mission as lifelong disciples. Vision The Coordinator of Youth Ministry and Adult Faith will: ● Foster a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ among youth and adults. ● Invite all members of the parish into fuller participation in the sacramental, communal, and missionary life of the Church. ● Teach and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus as handed on by the Catholic Church clearly, faithfully, and pastorally ● Support lifelong spiritual growth through Scripture, study, prayer, and faith-sharing communities. ● Encourage openness to God’s call in everyday life, including consideration of vocations to priesthood or religious life.
