Friends University is seeking to fill the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Spiritual Life & Assistant Coach for Women’s Basketball position in Wichita Kansas. The Coordinator of Student-Athlete Spiritual Life & Assistant Coach Women’s Basketball is a full-time, dual-role position that intentionally bridges Athletics and Campus Ministries. This role advances the mission and Christian identity of Friends University by supporting the holistic formation of student-athletes. This role emphasizes relational ministry through consistent, visible presence and meaningful engagement with student-athletes, while also providing leadership in spiritual formation initiatives. The position focuses on building trust, mentoring students, and supporting spiritual growth through a combination of structured programs, team-based initiatives, and informal, day-to-day interactions.
