Provides leadership and coordination to ensure an aligned and articulated counseling program. Serves as a resource to counselors. Collaborates with school faculty, staff, students, parents, and the community to ensure a systematic PK-12 school counseling program that promotes academic excellence, fosters a safe environment, inspires personal growth, and empowers students to graduate college and career ready. This position requires knowledge of the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programming.
