About The Position

This job is located in Galesburg,IL Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm POSITION SUMMARY: This position ensures that medical students, residents, and fellows acquired through a Graduate Medical Education (GME) program and/or newly appointed staff physicians are successfully on-boarded and oriented to the Medical Center, as well as assists with planning, implementation and evaluation of CME activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
• Working knowledge of accreditation guidelines and processes

• Associate Degree
• Knowledge of Medical Staffing Office
• Working MSOW Credentialing Database Knowledge of Perfect Serve
• Communications/marketing experience
• 3 years’ experience working in GME/Residency
