About The Position

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support all Coty Mass Scenting Brands in the US, on both national campaigns and retailer specific. As our BRAND MARKETING COORDINATOR, you are responsible for supporting the End-To-End US Mass Fragrance Marketing team, driving process and analytics. In this role you will support the Brand and Trade Marketing Managers, reporting into the Senior Director. This is an excellent immersive opportunity for anyone interested in Fragrance marketing as the team owns the brands from the national level all the way down to the store level. Requirements

  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills.
  • Proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 1+ years of business experience in a related field and/or CPG.
  • Experience with NielsenIQ preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the development of annual marketing plans
  • Create and update the Mass Scenting Price List and adjacent documents
  • Track sales samples and replenish the samples closet
  • Coordinate with our in-house team to brief, create, and track all new product comps
  • Own the Commercial readiness tracker and track Launch deliverables from the global teams
  • Work with Global to develop, receive and track scent samples, testers, and VOCs for new launches
  • Plan and produce meeting décor for all major meetings
  • Disseminate performance trackers on New Launches leveraging POS data and Nielsen
  • Register all innovation and holiday codes with Nielsen
  • Summarize monthly business performance and marketing plans to disseminate in a Monthly Note
  • Assist Marketing team on competitive evaluations, ranging from product sourcing to competitive launches and landscapes
  • Open POs and update the budget trackers
