Starface is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our growing Mass and Grocery retail business. In this role, you’ll report directly to our National Account Director and help drive the day-to-day execution and operational excellence of our retail accounts. You'll own the reporting, coordination, and operational follow-through that keep our Mass and Grocery business running smoothly; protecting account health across existing business, supporting new retailer onboarding, and building the operational backbone that allows the team to scale. This role is especially critical as Starface accelerates growth across key Mass accounts, requiring someone who can bring rigor, responsiveness, and confidence to high-visibility partnerships. Your work will free up leadership to focus on buyer relationships, forecasting, and long-term growth strategy. The right person is highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a curiosity to learn and the confidence to communicate effectively with external partners.
