About The Position

Position Summary: Compiles and maintains shop orders and records pertaining to maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Orders department parts, materials, supplies Assembles information, sets-up, and maintains files in CMMS system Works with procurement team on parts follow-p and lead times Work closely with Maintenance leadership to plan and prioritize work Processes all plant maintenance requests in a timely manner Responsible for contractor scheduling of reoccurring work Generates and distributes preventative maintenance work orders Logs and does data entry for work orders, requests, and inventory control Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
