About The Position

We’re looking for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to join our Influencer & Creator Marketing team—a group that treats creators as cultural forces, not vendors. This role serves as the operational backbone supporting influencer partnerships across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and emerging brand verticals, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from strategy through execution. You’ll act as the connective tissue between teams, managing campaign logistics, supporting GTM coordination, overseeing mailer programs, building creator lists, and helping scale authentic creator partnerships without losing what makes them meaningful. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, obsess over details, and understand that great influencer marketing is equal parts relationship-building and operational excellence, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, talent management, or marketing operations (beauty or lifestyle experience preferred)
  • Experience working with creator management platforms (CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, or similar tools)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working across internal teams, agencies, and creators
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools; ability to quickly learn new platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing or supporting interns or junior staff
  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends and creator economy dynamics
  • Experience supporting creator events or experiential activations
  • Understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, and partnership structures
  • Exposure to GTM processes within consumer or beauty brands

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign setup and execution within platforms such as CreatorIQ and Tribe Dynamics, ensuring accuracy across multiple brand initiatives
  • Build and maintain creator lists across campaign tiers, platforms, and brands
  • Track deliverables, performance metrics, and creator engagement to inform campaign optimization
  • Coordinate content timelines, preview approvals, and go-live schedules with creators and internal teams
  • Attend and support Go-To-Market (GTM) meetings as a representative of the influencer team
  • Partner with Creative, Regulatory, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Social teams to align influencer initiatives with broader campaigns
  • Translate campaign objectives into actionable execution plans
  • Share influencer content and campaign insights across teams to ensure consistent brand engagement
  • Coordinate influencer mailer programs from creator selection through shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Partner with PR agencies and internal teams to manage product flow, inventory, and gifting logistics
  • Maintain organized documentation for gifting initiatives and shipment tracking
  • Support elevated creator experiences through thoughtful gifting execution
  • Support onboarding, mentorship, and task delegation for influencer marketing interns
  • Create structured learning opportunities for interns within campaign management and creator relations
  • Support team workload distribution across brand initiatives
  • Support outreach and ongoing relationship management with creators across partnership tiers
  • Maintain updated creator information, preferences, and partnership history in internal systems
  • Assist in identifying emerging creators and loyal brand advocates for future collaboration
  • Ensure creator communication reflects e.l.f.’s authentic, community-first voice
  • Maintain organized documentation for campaign briefs, contracts, performance reporting, and post-campaign recaps
  • Partner with Finance to support invoice processing and payment tracking
  • Contribute to weekly reporting and internal campaign updates
  • Identify process improvements that drive efficiency across influencer operations
