Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading client communications, managing all timelines, and distributing important information to key team members. Creating clear KPIs for each influencer marketing project, allocating resources, tracking performance, managing budgets, and re-allocating/strategizing as needed to achieve success. Managing data tracking and content capturing; keeping internal/external trackers consistent and up to date. Managing influencer relationships within Get Engaged Media’s network and ensuring that appropriate rates are contracted to create compelling content that fits the client’s needs. Working cross-departmentally with digital brand management, graphic designers, social media, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and experiential activations. Listening to, identifying, and understanding the needs and asks of the client with a goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutions. Analyzing past campaigns and conducting competitive research to make recommendations based on key learnings and current marketing trends. Influencer recommendations and compensation negotiations.
