As an Import/Export Coordinator, you play an integral role in ensuring day-to-day compliance with all United States import and export laws and regulations. In this role, you support and facilitate shipments to and from the United States, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. You are responsible for delivering superior customer service to both internal and external clients while demonstrating a strong commitment to Hermès culture, policies, and procedures. After the sale, you create the required documentation and coordinate shipments with HOP Freight Forwarders. You log and maintain records of all import/export shipments and related documentation in shared files to enable effective tracking and tracing. While your primary focus will be within one division, you will also cross-train and provide assistance to other divisions as needed, contributing to a collaborative and well-rounded team environment. This position is based onsite in our Dayton, NJ Distribution & Service Center.
