The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for a Coordinator III position supporting the areas of English Graduate Program, Spanish Graduate Program, and other emerging graduate programs in the College of Arts & Sciences. This position has a full-time equivalency (FTE) of 0.8. We anticipate the position to be 32 hours per week, 12 months out of the year. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support in multiple areas for the English Graduate Program, Spanish Graduate Program, and other emerging graduate programs. Key responsibilities include developing marketing content, maintaining program websites and social media, event coordination, and administrative operations. The program manager supervises student workers, manages student records and registration, and graduation verification.
