Provides professional support to the division by performing complex and diverse duties related to administrative functions. Assists Chief Technology Officer in overseeing, organizing, planning, implementing, and monitoring the operation of all components, goals, and functions for the Division of Technology. Performs administrative duties so that the office operates efficiently and runs smoothly; assures discreet handling of all business. Conducts, organizes, and coordinates the office's administrative duties and events, including the office's workflow and staff utilization. Serves as a point of contact in the absence of Division of Technology leadership.
