The Customer Service Specialist II performs administrative and customer service tasks. The position answers incoming calls, responds to inquiries, and provides program information telephonically and by email. In addition, the role uploads forms electronically, processes incoming mail, and performs various administrative tasks as required. This role must obtain a good understanding of the IKC programs to answer questions and be a resource. This role has developed strong critical thinking abilities with base knowledge to troubleshoot questions. This role must have complete initial training period and has gained independence in role.
