This role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and various departments to process changes related to the employee lifecycle within the HRIS system (UKG). The position requires someone who can quickly ramp up, manage recurring tasks independently and accurately, and escalate issues appropriately. This position will be based at their West Los Angeles, CA office, operating on a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
