About The Position

The purpose of this class is to perform professional administrative duties, develop and implement functional processes within the Health and Human Services Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in education, health, human services, health care, or program development/program management required.
  • Prior experience in, and ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record with less than five (5) points.
  • This position requires working on the Essex and Randallstown campuses

Nice To Haves

  • Licensure/certification related to education, health care, human services or program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a functional process within the Health and Human Services department.
  • Design, develop and implement department programs or initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements.
  • Overseeunitprojectsandinitiatives.
  • Maintain department records and files, as required.
  • Prepare, analyze and provide reports on miscellaneous subjects, as requested.
  • Identify access and analyze program data in the college's enterprise system.
  • Provide superior customer service and problem-solving to both students and contract training clients.
  • Assist in maintaining close working relationships with regulatory bodies and agencies.
