This role offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the Ford+ plan for growth by supporting the strategic direction of GDE and playing a pivotal role in how we report on our business, convey the message of our progress, and govern the monthly/weekly drumbeat of the team. This role is a valuable position within the Global Dealer Engagement Business Office, providing essential support to the Sr. Manager, Global Dealer Engagement Business Office, and the broader GDE leadership team. It offers high visibility to GDE leadership and the chance to tackle complex challenges, driving a significant impact on a critical business unit of Ford Motor Company. We are looking for a high-performing individual eager to be in the mix on critical decisions and enable the GDE leadership to better shape the future of our business and how we collaborate with our global partner organizations. Role Summary: The GDE Business Office Coordinator provides critical tactical and administrative support to the Global Dealer Experience organization. This role acts as the "engine room" of the Business Office, managing the flow of information, maintaining organizational data integrity, and supporting the logistics of global collaboration. Core Impact: This role ensures organizational "readiness" by maintaining the accuracy of the team's data and tools, allowing leadership to make decisions based on real-time information and ensuring a seamless experience for global partners visiting the home office.
