Black Cultural Zone Community Development Corporation (BCZ CDC) is seeking a Coordinator to plan and execute all event logistics and programming that directly contribute to our enhanced stakeholder experience. This role acts as a central link between internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting everything from vendor relations and on-site operations to data tracking and performance reporting. You will ensure all initiatives are organized, data-driven, and unapologetically center Black arts, culture, and economics in East Oakland. We are seeking someone who is proactive and ready to ensure our programs are deeply engaging and supportive of the creative economy. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Event Coordinator, you will manage a comprehensive range of operational functions to ensure the efficient execution and strategic success of BCZ programs and events.
