About The Position

The Coordinator, Email and SMS Marketing will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of email and SMS marketing communications and performance evaluation. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Email and SMS on briefing in all creative needs for Email and SMS including daily sends, promotions, new launches, 360 campaigns and automated messages. You will also own reporting and performance evaluation of all campaigns and programs to ensure we are fully optimized and meeting goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to pivot quickly and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing and proof-reading skills.
  • Clear, proactive communicator.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Klaviyo preferred, but not required.
  • Beauty industry experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support on campaign email and SMS marketing operations and execution including building, scheduling, and deploying daily marketing communications in collaboration with our email and SMS service provider.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and digital creative and copy teams for email and SMS briefing including creating and editing email content and editing copy for SMS marketing.
  • Own process of gathering and organizing digital assets and uploading into CRM deployment tool.
  • Quarterly, audit the email and SMS trigger program and send reports to ensure conversations are operating as expected and creative is up-to-date.
  • Participate and assist in the planning of email + SMS marketing campaigns; collaborate with DTC, Global, Creative and Product teams on email needs, priorities, and scheduling.
  • Conduct competitor research around broadcast marketing emails, SMS, automated emails, personalized marketing, loyalty programs, and more to stay current on industry trends and practices and make recommendations to improve the business.
  • Pull reports, track, and evaluate results of email and SMS marketing campaigns focusing on KPI metrics including open rate, click through rate, conversion rate, unsub rate, revenue and RPM.
  • Summarize findings and provide strategic, actionable recommendations so team could meet/exceed goals and optimize performance.
  • Contribute to A/B and multivariate email and SMS testing ideas/plans, segmentation and personalization strategies, list growth plans, and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Participate on calls with agency partners and own follow ups.
